Mairéad Mahon - Yoga

Mairead Mahon is a yoga teacher based out of Headford, Co. Galway. She has been practicing yoga for the last 22 years and qualified to teach yoga in 2005. She has completed a Satyananda Yoga Teacher Training Course, certified by Satyananda Yoga and The British Wheel of Yoga. Mairéad regularly does in-service training at The Galway Yoga and Meditation Centre where she has completed professsional certificates in Child Care (Children First) and First Aid. In July 2009 Mairéad was initiatied by Swami Satsangananda Saraswati & given the name Satya

Satyananda Yoga teachers are trained to the highest standard, with regular in-service training and assessment. The teaching diploma
is recognised by Yoga Federation Ireland(YFI),
Bihar School of Yoga(Satyananda Yoga) and
The British Wheel of Yoga(BWY).
These qualifications are approved and
recognised worldwide.
